1. General Information

This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for processing and protecting personal data provided by Users in connection with the use of the aiwake.eu website (hereinafter: "Service"). The Administrator takes care of data security in accordance with the GDPR Regulation (EU 2016/679) and Polish personal data protection regulations.

2. Scope of Collected Data

The Service collects data only to the extent necessary for contact and provision of services:

  • Contact form: Name, email address, inquiry content and optionally company name.
  • SEO and AI analysis: In the case of submitting data for analysis (e.g. CV content for a recruitment bot or lifestyle data), this data is processed solely for the purpose of generating the analysis result.
  • Technical data: IP address (anonymized), browser type, visit time, visited subpages (collected automatically by server logs and analytics tools).

3. Purposes of Data Processing

Data is processed for the purpose of:

  • Handling inquiries: Responding to messages sent through the form (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Service provision: Preparing offers for websites, SEO, social media management and AI implementations (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Analytics and Service improvement: Analysis of website traffic to better adapt the AIwake offer to Users' needs (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest).
  • Marketing: If you give your consent, for contact regarding new AI tools and automation.

4. Cookies

The Service uses cookies for the following purposes:

  • Necessary: For the proper functioning of the website.
  • Analytics (e.g. Google Analytics): To check which services (e.g. SEO or AI bots) are of the greatest interest.
  • Functional: Remembering your preferences (e.g. website language).

The User can manage cookies in their browser settings.

5. External Services and Tools

Due to the nature of the services, the Service may use:

  • Google Analytics / Google Search Console: For monitoring SEO effectiveness and traffic.
  • AI provider APIs (e.g. OpenAI): In the case of demo versions of bots on the Service, data submitted for analysis is processed in accordance with the security policies of these providers (usually this data is not used to train models in API versions).
  • Hosting: The server on which the website is located stores technical logs.

6. Data Retention Period

  • Contact data: For the duration of correspondence, and after its completion for a maximum of 12 months, unless a contract is concluded.
  • AI demo data: Data entered in demo versions of bots is deleted immediately after generating the result or session, unless the tool is used to save history (of which the User will be informed).
  • Contract data: For the period required by tax law provisions (5 years).

7. User Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your data and receive a copy of it.
  • Rectification (correction) of your data.
  • Erasure of data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Restriction of data processing.
  • Object to processing (especially for marketing purposes).
  • Lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

8. Security

The Administrator uses an SSL certificate (connection encryption), which guarantees that data entered in forms is secure. Only persons authorized to operate the Service have access to the data.
